Danske Unions is a transnational union assosciation representing local unions in the Danske Bank Group. Danske Unions consists of employee representatives of the local unions in Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Northern Ireland/UK, Norway and Sweden.
The Danske Bank Group is a multinational company and some of the challenges that meet employees of the Danske Bank Group are of a cross-border nature. Danske Unions is the way that the local unions deal with this internationalization, and the way that we promote the interest that the members have in common across borders.
